SomaticEros Code of Conduct
Our code of conduct supports clear boundaries and hygiene practices, ensuring a safe and respectful environment. You are supported in addressing sexual trauma or a history of sexual abuse to clear the energy blueprint. SomaticEros Energy & Bodywork
SomaticEros session are highly individualized and guided through the art of Tantra, Dearmouring, Somatic Embodiment, and The Somatic Consent Engagement System.
This approach is a wonderful way to address various sexual challenges, ranging from premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction to difficulties with orgasm. Couples can learn to navigate sexual differences and explore new erotic possibilities with body-based learning and guided practice, fostering deeper connection and awakening the sensual self. Sessions may include coaching in breathwork, movement, body awareness, boundary setting, communication, anatomy, sensate focus, massage, erotic trance, and other body-based explorations around sex. As a trained professional, I am equipped to provide genital and anal touch for education, healing, and pleasure. Touch is approached in a way that supports clients in developing presence within the body, enhancing interior awareness, and learning how to feel more alive.
The experiential learning opportunities available through SomaticEros Energy & Bodywork can help you engage in a respectful dialogue with your autonomic nervous system. This allows physical and emotional processes, which usually happen unconsciously, to be held in mindful awareness and transformed. Emotions such as love and fear, excitement and relaxation, arousal and happiness, reverence and bliss all have biochemical and physiological components that can be regulated with training and conscious practice over time.
We all set limits on the quantity and quality of pleasure we can embody. These limits are pervasive in a culture that often shames sexuality and fails to teach us how to honor and celebrate erotic energy. Sexual wounding becomes embedded in the body’s tissues and responses. SomaticEros Energy & Bodywork can assist you in expanding the pleasure possible through the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
Reasons to Choose SomaticEros:
• To seek healing and guidance around challenges related to sexuality, relationships, and intimacy.
• To expand pleasure, learn, grow, and explore your sexual potential with expert support.
Practice Guidelines of Sexual Work:
Educational Sexual Bodywork modalities include masturbation coaching, erotic massage, breathwork, anal/vulval mapping, scar tissue remediation, orgasmic yoga coaching, sensate focus, and pelvic floor release. A growing area of interest is gender reassignment, particularly in bringing sensation to areas that may have become numb or painful after surgery. Our work focuses on transformation through regular practice, and a number of sessions may be recommended, along with home practice to support your progress.
Tantric Massage:
Tantric massage involves a full body massage that integrates the genitals, focusing on deeply connecting to the body, spirit, and the connection between heart and sex. People receive Tantric massage for both pleasure and healing, often finding that the two go hand in hand. Sessions may or may not include orgasm; however, they are traditionally not orgasm or goal-oriented. There may be variations in whether I am undressed or how much I integrate my body based on individual agreements. Sessions do not include oral or penetrative sex.
Sacred & Conscious Kink:
These are sessions involving BDSM, which stands for ‘Bondage, Discipline, Dominance & Submission, Sadism & Masochism.’ These sessions explore power dynamics, fantasy, fetish, and intense sensation for pleasure (and pain!), adventure, and/or healing. My focus is on intimacy and transformation, offering opportunities for sexual exploration that follow a spiritual path, with the primary intention of supporting the client’s healing. I engage in intimacy as a representative and gateway to the divine rather than as an individual.
Hands-On/Hands-Off:
Do you prefer sessions with physical touch or would you rather have talk-based sessions? It may be more comfortable for you to engage in sessions without physical intimacy. Consider what will best serve your needs.
Professional Training & Education:
You may want to research my training and educational background. I also welcome you to ask for references or testimonials from past clients. Before making contact, please review the information on the website to see if your questions are answered there. If not, I am happy to arrange a short introductory zoom call. Feel free to ask about what would happen in a session and what the boundaries are.
Medical Advice:
Depending on your needs, it may be wise to consult your doctor or therapist first to ensure that there is no underlying medical condition. We encourage appropriate communication between clients and their current or recent therapists.
